The School Health Check is a rapid, honest review of your whole school — academics, staff, operations, admissions, governance and technology — producing a prioritised improvement plan, not a doorstop report.
What happens
- A structured site visit: classrooms, corridors, front office and leadership conversations
- Document review: results, timetables, assessment calendars, policies and staffing
- Findings across six areas, each scored and explained in plain language
- A priority map: what to fix first, what to stop doing, what can wait a year
What you get
- A plain-language findings report leadership can share with the SGB
- A prioritised action list with effort and impact against each item
- Indicative budget ranges for the first two terms of work
- A debrief session with leadership — questions included
The health check fee is credited against any following engagement — a strategy day, STEM Lab Starter or a full improvement programme.
