This Privacy Policy explains how CatchupWeb Consulting Services (“CatchupWeb”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use www.catchupweb.co.za or engage our consulting services. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. What we collect
- Enquiry and contact data — name, email, company, phone, and the message you send via the contact form or email.
- Engagement data — environment notes, access contacts, invoices, and project correspondence needed to deliver the work.
- Website data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical logs. We use this for security, spam control (including Akismet on comments if enabled), and to understand which pages are used.
- Cookies — essential cookies for the site to work. Analytics cookies (for example Google) only if those tools are active on the site. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
We do not buy marketing lists. We do not sell personal information.
3. Why we use it
- to respond to enquiries and provide consulting services;
- to invoice, keep records, and meet tax and legal duties;
- to secure the website and prevent abuse;
- with your consent, to send occasional service updates (you can opt out).

We do not use your client environment as a public case study without permission.

Our primary operations are in South Africa. Some processors may store data in other countries. We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the work, legal, and tax purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

Subject to POPIA, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. Email info@catchupweb.co.za. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No website or email system is perfectly secure; please do not send passwords or production secrets through the public contact form.

This site and our services are for business clients, not for children.

We may update this Policy. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the updated Policy.
